Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately! Our goal is to "Wow!" you with our customer service. We do our best to ship in stock orders within 1-2 business days of order being placed. We take great care in each and every order. Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturers so your order may arrive in separate shipments. You will not be charged additional shipping costs for this. Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office or Federal Express. The average ground shipping time is 2-5 business days. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Some of our items are available at lightning speed shipping for an additional fee. If you are in a rush, please contact us to see if your item qualifies for express shipping.
At this time we only ship to the United States. If you are interested in shipping an item outside of the United States please feel free to contact us to see if it's possible to ship an item to your country of choice (additional shipping fees may apply).
Many of our items are custom made to order and require a specific amount of time for delivery. Please see each product description for shipping time. There are times that your order contains items that will be shipped separately, and you will not incur any additional costs for this. You will be notified promptly by email if there are any delays with your order. We use several shipping carriers and reserve the right to choose the best one suited to your order so that you may receive your items as quickly as possible. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all related packaging and contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement.

Exchanges & Returns
Posh Little Shop strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an exceptional shopping experience. All custom orders and Wall Art are non refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items include, but are not limited to: all tutus and pettiskirts, hand-painted room decor, personalized orbit labels, and any other personalized gift. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the return policy of your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. You will still be responsible for postage and with children's rugs or furniture a nominal restocking fee. Posh Little Shop is not responsible for return postage fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free-shipping in the original delivery and decide to return the product, you will be charged for the original shipping costs that Posh Little Shop paid (based on shipping company +warehouse & vendor handling fees), as well as for the return shipping cost.

Upon receipt of your approved return, Posh Little Shop will either issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.
Our talented artisans take great pride in packaging their items. Unfortunately, pieces are occasionally damaged during transit. Should this happen during your delivery, it is important to note the damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves if applicable. We will work with the manufacturer and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as quickly as possible.
New Product Submission
Posh Little Shop is continually on the lookout for new artisans and would love to see the designs or products that you have to offer. Please contact Alexis for all new product submissions. Include as much information as possible about yourself and your work with clear, high-resolution photos of your items. Physical samples are not required, but if they are available, please contact us for a mailing address.
